$15.00 extra first year only.

 

$10.00 to DFA $5.00 to Memorial

 

2nd year $5.00 to the Memorial extra cost above registration.

Any Revenue office should have a mail in form if they do not have the plates

 

Apply in person only at the following Revenue Office locations:

Conway, Fayetteville, El Dorado, Harrison, Hot Springs (Airport), Jonesboro, Magnolia, Monticello, Mountain View, Pine Bluff, Russellville, Texarkana, Van Buren, and West Memphis
