Welcome to the Arkansas Association of Fire Chief’s website.

One of the association’s goals is to provide fire officers access to information that can help with meeting the mission of local fire departments.  Our association provides leadership at the state and national level to support local fire and rescue efforts.

We are faced with an ever changing world and demands for services are ongoing.  From routine incidents to disasters that are national in scope, the local fire department is a key agency in the community to respond.

We strive to provide value-added benefits to our membership.  Educational offerings, networking and collaboration on key issues are some of our service benchmarks.  We applaud the commitment that all fire departments make in serving their respective communities on a daily basis.  Firefighters understand the commitment to honor, duty and sacrifice needed to serve all Arkansans. 

We welcome your input and offer ourselves as a resource to you.  Improving the capabilities of individual firefighters through effective leadership means better fire and rescue services to Arkansas and the nation as a whole.

If you are not a member, we urge you to look at what we can do for you.  Any association is only as strong as its membership.
